Every month, Little Sisters Studio creates a fresh collection of happy mail featuring a new theme, new artwork, and new designs.

Your monthly envelope includes:

• 2 individual vinyl stickers
• 1 postcard

The designs and themes will change each month, but every package will include the same overall value of goodies.

Your happy mail is packed up and sent straight to your mailbox.

Then comes the fun part: stick it, frame it, journal with it, mail it to a friend, or add it to your ever-growing Little Sisters collection.

When will I be charged?

Your subscription automatically renews each month using the payment method on file. Your exact renewal date will be shown when you subscribe and in your subscription account.

When will my first envelope ship?

Your first shipment timing will depend on when you join the club. Please refer to the current month's product listing or checkout information for the applicable order cutoff and estimated shipping window.

Can I skip a month?

If skipping is available through your subscription account, you can manage an upcoming shipment there before your next renewal is processed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription before your next renewal through your subscription account. Canceling prevents future renewals and does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Can I return my monthly envelope?

Because Love, Little Sisters packages are prepared specifically for subscribers, subscription shipments are generally final sale. If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us so we can help.

Can I buy a past month's collection?

Maybe! Leftover items or past collections may occasionally be added to the Little Sisters Studio shop, but availability isn't guaranteed.

Can I give Love, Little Sisters as a gift?

Yes! Just use the recipient's shipping address when placing the order. They'll get a little happy mail from Little Sisters Studio every month for as long as the subscription remains active.

What if I change addresses?

Please update your shipping address in your subscription account before your next shipment is processed. We aren't able to guarantee replacements for packages mailed to an outdated address.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your happy mail arrives damaged or you believe there's an issue with your shipment, contact Little Sisters Studio with your order information and we'll take a look.

Love, Little Sisters is an automatically renewing monthly subscription.

When you subscribe, the payment method you provide will be charged according to the renewal schedule shown at checkout and in your subscription account.

Your subscription will continue to renew until you cancel.

Shipping

Love, Little Sisters envelopes are prepared and shipped once each month.

Shipping timelines may vary slightly due to weekends, holidays, postal delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your package has been handed over to the postal carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier.

Address Changes

Moving? Please update your shipping address in your subscription account before your next shipment is processed.

Little Sisters Studio cannot guarantee replacements for packages shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided with the subscription.

Returned Mail

If an envelope is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
